When Cascade is notified of a recall of a medication, we:

• Pull any affected stock into quarantine
• Check to see which/if any of our patients received the affected items
• Notify those patients affected and their treatment centers immediately
• Determine what replacement product can be sent

In some cases, we will facilitate getting the affected product back from the patient if required by the manufacturer.
